Seems he is using centrifugal forces in a tricky way to get the energy gain !

Probably he is already deceased...

Who knows more about this machine ?

Here is a PDF File I just found, hard to read, as the scan is not good,
but it already gives more info, that the motor only needs to
drive the shaft and the weights are always falling, without really falling...

I've tried to find more infos about the inventor and his device, with no luck.
But the principle seems to be feasible.
