Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Sterling added a very helpful page on how to publish your work free of charge:

http://peswiki.com/index.php/Tools:Documenting_Prior_Art

The publisher then has one year to patent his or her work.

i wouldn't trust anything but a provisional patent for the purpose of dating an invention.  the purpose of provisional patents is to create a date stamp that is recognized by the patent office.

Patent Office Rules state "Prior art disclosure on the Internet or on an on-line database is considered in the same manner as other forms of written disclosure. Information disclosed on the Internet or an on-line database is considered to be publicly available as of the date the disclosure was publicly posted." (Patent Office Rules & Practice ? 1843.01 Prior Art for Chapter I Processing, Manual of Patent Examining Procedure, Original Eighth Ed. (Aug. 2001, Latest Rev. Oct. 2005).)

Internet publishing is new, but a viable publishing method, especially when you publish to all the places Sterling mentions.

For those who don't trust "free" publishing Sterling refers to two companies that specialize in publishing. I think they cost around $150 to $200.

You have one year to patent once you publish.

As dingbat mentions, provisional patent is great. It just cost a little. Dingbat, could you tell use the process of getting a provisional patent and perhaps some links. This is obviously the best method and I've mentioned it many times before. I and others would like to know how difficult and how much time it takes and will the patent office deny your provisional patent if it does not go by some strict method?

This is probably one of the most important topics. Dingbat, could you please educate us with the provisional patent process? If and when I get the smoking gun (self running "free energy" machine) I do not want to mess around.

Did anyone listen to Dr. Steven Greer on Coast To Coast AM radio last night? He clearly stated that anyone who thinks they can delay and mess around with a real free energy device is sadly mistaken and will be taken down. I don't care what any of the debunkers and such say. Anyone who's dabbled even slightly in the big business world knows there are way too many rough around the edges individuals who have no religion or morals to take someone down-- very rough personalities.  Too many inventors and scientists have been threatened and taken down. Dr. Greer and others have referred to numerous cases of murder.

Point being, when a person accurately verifies they have the self-running smoking gun they do not want to sit around. They want to utilize the quickest and guaranteed method of populating the information. Here's my present idea:

* Quickly publish. I intend to do all this artwork and typing while my Internet line is physically disconnected just incase I'm being watched via Internet. Just unplug the TCP or phone cable. This is cheap insurance! We need to find out which is fastest. A) Provisional patent. B) Professional publishing site such as www.priorartdatabase.com  If one cannot afford a few hundred dollars then refer to Sterling's wiki page on free publishing, (I trust it very much) http://peswiki.com/index.php/Tools:Documenting_Prior_Art
* Email your document to people in the "free energy" industry. Find there email address and send it to everyone in one email. Sterling will hopefully create your wiki project for you. Post the document at forums and http://groups.google.com/group/sci.physics
* Write up a few pages, perhaps up to 10 or so pages, to Xerox for handing out. In LA you can go to places that charge like $20 for a 1000 copies. Mention your website or wiki project where people can find updates. I would have at least three places (wiki's and/or websites) where your work can be found in case one of them is hijacked. Mention your email address. State at the top of document you are not selling anything otherwise most people will just throw your paper away. Be sincere and ask people to help spread the news. Describe in extreme detail how to make the device. I would leave out any opinions such as "It is ZPE."  Such claims are a huge turn off to a lot of people and you'll make instant enemies with the science community. This is about being intelligent, not being stubborn and winning some debate. We need the science communities help in spreading the information. There's high probability the news media will drop this like a ton of bricks if the science community is against it.
* I will try to get one of those rented prepaid cell phones that you just pick up at the store. You can give key people the cell phone number or just give them your permanent cell #. Such key people are those interested in producing your machine and helping spread the word.
* Hit the road and start handing out the stapled Xeroxes to people who seem interested. I will not waste time talking too long unless they seem interested in helping you spread the word. Just let them know you are in a hurry to spread the word. I think all the universities would be a great start. Spend some time with the science and Engineer teachers. Go to a television studio and try your best to get filmed.

I would love to hear anyone's suggestions.
