Hi, I have read some information about Oleg's Hydromagnetic Dynamo which was only free energy device so far to be tested in the megawatt range.  In the article, it has said that the impulse starting pressure is high as 400 atm.  Is the impulse starting pressure, the operating pressure of the dynamo at it's starting?  What would be the continuous operating operating pressure the toroid has to withstand when the dynamo is running?
