 :) Actually we can make a big inductor ,  and shoot the hurricane by a reverse rotation to stop the rotation,,or
We can make a hydrogen and blast the hurricane.

mark,  I am just saying this information to possibly create job on our coasts by putting these plastic huge containers out in water when it is needed and then bring them back with workers but it is for very short time work too.  its not going to destroy the oceans

Write to the curators of salt water aquariums and ask them to run an experiment that covers those tanks with a sheet of plastic.  See what happens.
