Pulsing 1000vdc with commutator

Wondering if i can use a commutator to act as a ciruit to pulse 1000vdc?  My most recent upload shows how i am getting the voltage from a blower motor and rectifying the 3ph ac to dc   but i want to pulse it   just look up crob227 in you tube i cant figure out how to post the video in here.
