Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Hi Lumen,

Thanks for showing the modified drawing, looks much better.  I have to ponder on and figure out a possible Roberval mechanism because although I am familiar with Roberval balance principle and it may seem simple, the details are important on the back side of the wheel too.  Then, imagining the whole setup, one could spot possible sticky points.

I suppose it would be best to review the PM oscillator setup because it's simple and shown to operate in the simulator.

If we replace the Roberval setup with just a simple arm we will quickly see the problems.
Viewing it from the top at the start position where the inner magnet is repelling the cylinder, we can see two major issues.

1: As the arm swings out, the force vectors on the cylinder change direction and interface increasingly with the outer attracting magnet stopping additional movement.

2: With the arm at the start position, one side of the cylinder is attracted to the outer magnet and repelled from the inner magnet. This causes a huge torque that will transfer to the arm in a direction to rotate tighter into the magnets and preventing the required motion.

The Roberval setup removes both problems and transfers only the scalar force into the arm.
I am trying to capture this enhancement into a rotary type device. Though there does appear some sticky spots, the hope is to move more of the force vectors to work in favor of rotation which would add in every cycle.

It may be possible to test simulate the wheel but will take some time to run it and would likely be quicker to simply build a Roberval test rig.
