The incident in Italy is a tragic mistake and should be investigated fully.  If there was any negligence or wrongdoing then the responsible people should be held accountable.  That includes losing licenses and going to prison.

This in from three days ago:  The suspect bad Novartis vaccine has been pulled in Italy.  If the hypothesis that vaccines are part of a plot to shrink the population were correct, then we should expect that a vaccine that is a suspected killer would be rapidly proliferated rather than pulled.

I'll add to your post that staph is a huge problem and represents a major risk to hospital patients as anti-biotic resistant staph has developed over the years.

Antiseptics play a critical role in treating wounds and incision sites to prevent bacterial infection.  The concentrations of alcohol, iodine, hydrogen peroxide or even ozonated water used as topical antiseptics are thousands of times higher than allowed in drinking water.    It would take a real nut case to advocate against topical antiseptics because if ingested they are quite toxic.
