The claim is one of "depopulation".  Population is numeric.  The numbers refute the claim.

The AGENDA is selectively being implemented

The numbers do not show population reduction in the rest of the world either.

The 'tool of preference' for the U.S. and nearly all of

That's lots of assertion w/o supporting evidence.

Depopulation as it applies to the AGENDA has
several meanings.  Causing to proliferate a
population which suffers numerous maladies
which prevent them from reaching their full
potential is Goal No. 1.

Early deaths (some number of years
following inoculation) due to those
maladies is Goal No. 2.

Death shortly following vaccinations due to
complications for a small percentage of
recipients (markers for tracking of toxic
effects) is Goal No. 3.

Depopulation which occurs too quickly would
be a 'dead giveaway' to the PLAN.

Except for Wars.  The brainwashed masses have
been conditioned to accept War as a necessary
evil.  It has proven to be a very efficient depopulation
methodology with recently developed unconventional
techniques.

Your final observation above aptly describes the state
of mind of those who, for the time being, have near
complete total power over Planet Earth.  Those who
