And this usually only happens when faced with an even greater evil.

Some of them will change goals on their own, upon learning they were lied to.
Others know well the lies, and propagate them themselves... Their goals will never change.
While others still have goals of their own, these are the truly evil ones, capable of limitless digression.

Evil starts on the inside. Primal, and vicious. Thoughts of the world, thoughts of others, greed, vengeance, anger.
Each person has their own journey to take, learning how to live their lives through the goodness in them.
Some take longer than others,... maybe even longer than their own lifespan.
I was fixing a shower-rod, slipped and hit my head on the sink. When i came to, that's when i had the idea for the "Flux Capacitor", Which makes Perpetual Motion possible.
