I'm not sure what One power knows  but it would apear every one knows as bit or something from just being on the internet but it's so fragmented and it's joing the dots and of course experimenting is crucial as with everything in life.

There was a university-Don guy from Turkey who explained a lot on his youtube video preface, he was on this forum here a while but the guys tied him in knots poor fellow.
