It does look interesting and there are a few things to look for.
1) He is not asking for money like most corporate shills and is simply showing his work for free to everyone.
2) He provided a full circuit diagram at 7:10 in the video. A fraud would seldom if ever provide a full circuit diagram so others can replicate there work.
3) The circuit layout is unconventional having multiple series windings/coils independently switched. Logically in order to do something different it must act different otherwise it's just the same old bs.

In my opinion the inventor has spent a great deal of time and effort geared more towards learning and understanding versus trying to impress others which is a good sign. They may have something happening in this device they may or may not fully understand which requires more research.

In my opinion most of the stuff on the internet is BS and a person is far better off studying patents. First it costs time and money to file a patent thus most of the people posting absurd fake video's are not filing patents. Second a patent must present a certain amount of information and detail to even be considered so there is inherent value in this.

It's not rocket science, any fool can make a video but filing patents and writing papers with justification and substance is another matter on an entirely different level. It's just common sense and if we interact with people more intelligent than ourselves then we may learn something. If we interact with or believe narcissistic abusive compulsive liars talking like a six year old on a candy high then learning anything may be a problem.

The trick is not to imitate anything as memorizing behaviors or patterns of thinking means were always following something. The best option in my opinion is to take what we can of value or substance, add it to our own understanding then carry on down our own path as we see fit.  Do you understand?, following means we are bound to follow, leading generally means we hold some responsibility for those who follow but rejecting the whole premise of both gives us freedom.

As it were the oldest patents often gave the most insight because it was a privilege to be protected by a patent back then unlike the manipulative BS we see today. You want to read some mind altering patents read the original works of Carlos F Benitez or Daniel McFarland Cook. They all speak of multiple currents nobody can seem to understand and it is the lack of understanding which produces a lack of results. Most people are fucking clueless so I will tell you what I did with respect to the Cook patent. First I got a piece of paper and wrote down all the many "kinds" of currents Cook speaks of. Then from Cook's descriptions I tried to correlate those currents with all the currents we know of. You know like science, the scientific method, which then gave me some real insight into exactly what he was doing and why nobody else can seem to understand what he was talking about.

See how that works?, instead of going into it half cocked as if we know everything we try to keep an open mind and understand what the author was saying as they saw it. It's called learning and it's kind of cool.
