Sorry for the rant, I get a little worked up when it is implied the scientists and engineers who practically invented our future did little and are not given due credit. Many of these scientists work 20 hour days and have devoted there entire life to the pursuit of truth only to find themselves forgotten and destitute. The politicians, corporations and society often like to take credit for there work as if it were some kind of socialist venture however more often than not it is creative individuals or small groups that move us forward. Society likes to say "we did this" however they had little part in it and in many cases did almost everything in there power to prevent it.

As we speak the fossil fuel industry has set up thousands of fake "foundations" to bribe politicians, push false narratives and destroy new alternative energy technologies. Most of society is against us claiming new technology kills jobs and would bankrupt the economy. As I said, I do not hate anyone nor would I ever harm anyone however the same cannot be said for society. The world is littered with people who have said for the record they will destroy anyone who threatens the status quo. The U.S. is now the worlds largest oil producer and also controls the majority of fossil fuel resources in most other countries. So much for alternative energy and apparently they "are the change" they want.

It is a sad state of affairs however I do agree with you on one point, be the change you want to see. Unfortunately around 6 billion people have invoked the change they want to serve there own interests and hold the status quo. Are you going to threaten 6 billion people with your beliefs?... good luck with that my friend. Personally, "my change" is to opt out of a losing proposition and let everyone else live with the choices they have made.

In the OPEC countries their people get their fuels relatively cheap .When I was in search for investors with our partner us was told 2006 about the fuel endconsumer price in Angola : 0,14 US$/ lt. gasoil  !
In Saudi-Arabia,Russia natural gas delivery to private household and in Venezuela liquid fuels also in the 0,01 US$/KWh energy price  !
Cheap ? Expensive ?

Compared to actual 2020 shale gas price : 2,36 $/MMBTU =  236 US$cents / 293 KWh
                                           ~ 0,008 US$/KWh shale/natural gas
                                   ZERO VIRGULA EIGHT CENT PER KILOWATTHOUR   

Transduction for  Auto-gas user :                          30,27 cents per gallon-gasoline-equivalent
 
The actual gallon gasoline price in the U.S.:     280,9 cents

                                               fob  pipeline or fob fuel station


When I pay actual 1,45 Euros/lt gasoline 95  = 1,45 Euros x 3,758 Lt.= 5,45 Euros per gallon ~ 6 US$/gal.

                          = ~      TWENTY TIMES THE NATURAL GAS VALUE = 1900 % social system margin
   

In "mass production" we are in the ONE CENT per KILOWATT electricity or hydrogen costs era  !
Reference : Russia estatal institutions,Israel R&D , U.S.A. NASA/d.-arpa technology and many others international entities !

An other theme would be : peakminerals and peakfuels or GHG- emission and the tax-pay contribution  !
If not for the geophysical climate then for the " eco-social climate" !

"Engineer" is a morbide profession,in GB Unis are partial closing facultas/- departments,
" virtual engineers"= A.I.-creature are less ill,less unconcentrated,faster,24/365 functional and in salary relatively cheap  !
Autonom local fabrication/production  = moveable factory in containerbox-volume : flexible like drones

The humans are then for input= material  delivery and output use/consume  !

FE as cheap available energy will change something but will not bring peace :

c. city air nebulizer  : Ebola,Zika,Sars,......

Waymo(Google),Tesla and many others are working on the black " future"- box

Our social system with driverfree vehicles on street and in air will need 100% 24/365 observation and controle
In Germany for " potential terrorist"- observation the police need up to 60 members ( around the clock observation) :

estimating with 1/1000 "ultra-anarchos" in each national society,meaning to have the licence to murdering
"Robocop" in REPRAP- mass production  ::) ;) 8)
