In a generator a magnet passes a coil and induces current in the coil.

If we look at this as solid state switching the magnet is the primary but the magnet has no self induction.

Can we shield a primary so it has no self induction

The Velocity of a Permanent Magnet, in a Generator, can be simulated as a Variable Magnetic Field over Time! Its the same thing!

I have wound up a small ferrite toroid. I'll continue to experiment quietly.

Selfrunning device is actually easy thing to do. I believe there is  a lot of them out there.
