Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

So, do you say that these bucking coils one on another induce opposite magnetic fields simultaneously in the core? If so then, what comes to my simple mind, is it possible that these opposite magnetic fields somehow prevent each other from decreasing, and this increases induction. If so, then it is very interesting.

No, in fact the opposite magnetic fields simply cancel each other out.  That reduces the measured inductance.  It's highly unlikely that Tinman did not note the way the coils were wound.  Because of the way the device is made, "aiding" is more of a "bucking" configuration and "bucking" is more of an "aiding" configuration.

Side stepping for a moment the loaded analysis as MileHigh has done with some measurement recommendations,  since the open circuit secondary voltage is 2x the primary, would this not require 2x flux in the secondary with the turns being equal?  If so, how is this being created?

I am not that familiar with it, but is anyone up to a FEMM analysis of the magnetic circuit?

Smudge might be able to shed some light on this.

Perhaps examination of the equation for the approximate inductance of a toroid coil may be revealing...

L ~ uN2A/2PIr

where:

u= permeability
N= number of turns
A= cross-sectional area
r= toroid radius to center line

If we assume that everything remains equal between the primary and inner secondary (including A), then as r is much smaller for the inner secondary, L will be larger.
question everything, double check the facts, THEN decide your path...

I have PM'd Smudge as I see he is a member here.

Tinman, it would be nice if you would document the dimensions for the inner and outer cores so a model could be made in Femm.

Also, out of curiosity, have you taken any input/output efficiency measurements?

I have  ;)
But i first need to make myself another isolation transformer for my scope,as the UPS is now RS.
I want to remove the common ground between the scope and SG before i post any results,as something is not right here. I have a feeling the common ground is throwing out the measurements on the scope some how.
