Solar pv panels are great but not efficient. We need to invent some amplification technic allowing us to use only single 250W solar panel for all our needs    Isn't that the purpose we discuss here ?

That's sort of what solar concentrators do.  The trouble is that at today's prices, if you have the space, it costs less to put up 4kW nameplate of modules, than it does to concentrate  20 sq m aperture 16:1 onto one module's worth of cells.
