That is true. But i'm saying if we find 2 gaseous atoms that combines and splits easily, we can use the PV=nrt formula to get energy from archimedes force...i thought to use also ammonia gas in a container that freezes at 33 deegrees c.ca arrived in quota to move a rotary system... it is clear we have to mantain 1 bar of pression,and is true at 10 km there is only a 26% of  an Atm. I thought to use a carbonium spring,if exist, to mantain the pression inside the container. It is clear that at the bottom the propryety of ammonia of having a molecular weight inferior of the air doesn't is no mor usable... peraphs we can combine this container of ammonia at 180% of Atm with an external container (vessel) filled with for example helium to bilanciate the overweight of the ammonia cointainere. I bet this system can harvest energy for free. In Mexico, like in india, in Israel, in Uk,in Italy for example,everywhere. Now i'm eatyng an icecream and i think this is better i can do.
