How do people here feel about PESN making money via visits and posts to their website?
I am guilty of browsing there once or twice a day.
Until today.


Stuart is the main reason I never post there.
He consistently threatens to and actively bans.
Many posts get deleted.
So the site is not an accurate record of how people are thinking regarding the technology under discussion.

I don't like Sterling for many reasons, including:
Quest to Sup
Alphabetics
Pedophilia


I have always understood what to expect from them but am highly entertained by their MANY failings:

Be assured they will.
I have seen the 100 odd legal notices already underway.
Stefan Hartmann's site has already been affected and they intend to close it down.

I would much rather see their website fail through lack of activity, than this one.

It is not that I believe ROSCH would be successful via legal means of shutting this place down,
It is the fight to prevent it which may end up costing  too much to contest.

"Forgive them Father for they know not what they do."  As foolish and despicable as some of the things that PESN are now doing are, one needs to see that these are the acts of people behaving as children.   That would be children whose fatherly Uncle Detlef has plied them with dreams of wealth from a rusty bucket.

Rosch have filled Stuart and Sterling's heads with multiple fantasies.  One vile and silly one is that Rosch are going to take some unspecified legal action against their critics.  This is a threat often engaged by scam artists.  People who have world-changing technolgies such as Rosch claim are too busy counting the immense amounts of money they collect than to bother with critics.  People who are pitching a false facade often find critics troublesome and sometimes do unscrupulous things to try and quiet them. 

PESN are now active partners with Rosch attempting to intimidate Rosch's critics.  They are acting very foolishly and despicably.  We will eventually see if PESN's behavior bring consequences.  As we speak, Stuart has announced that he is privy to lists of "legal notices" that Rosch intend to send out.  Stuart is warning people to avoid getting on Rosch's naughty list or they may get a "legal notice" as well.

It is high comedy that Rosch fed the PESN boys the lie that herr Michael Adolph the Ph.D. from RWTH Aachen whom station WDR is a fake.  Rosch further convinced PESN that Rosch are suing the television station (WDR) over their report that featured herr Adolph because he is as PESN falsely claims: "a fake".  The PESN boys did nothing to check Dr. Adolph's very real credentials, or his long running employment at the prestigious RWTH.  They just took the word of some people pitching violation of First Principles.  The PESN boys also know that Rosch filled their heads with the false idea that TUV has tested and endorses the plexiglass demonstration unit.  PESN know that TUV did neither.  This has not stopped PESN from promoting the false claims that TUV did both.  PESN has acknowledged that they have a commercial interest in promoting Rosch's false free energy claims.  If anyone needs to be concerned about being on the wrong side of a lawsuit or worse, it is the folks at PESN.

We might also be targeted individually.


I would not want to suggest that the top of that drive chain seems looser than the bottom,
hence providing solid proof that a "motor" was driving the whole shebang,
only to later find out in court that the photo was upside down or trans-versed.

Stuart expresses many fictions.  He has repeated several in the last week that he obstensibly got from Rosch. 

I would not know if Stefan has done something in reaction to any contact from Rosch. 

Buckets of water with bits of rusty machinery in them do not make free energy.  That would require a First Law of Energy violation.  No such thing has ever been known.  The boys at PESN have already blinked by claiming that Rosch says the magic free energy only partly comes from the water column and part of it comes from the "generator" and part of it comes from the control.  When one fantastical claim comes apart, adding two more doesn't make the first one more credible.

The last time I saw this sort of behavior was about nine years ago with Steorn.  They hit the streets with their phony claims of free energy from magnets, which PESN also embraced and still embrace.  Steorn made a bunch of noise about suing detractors.  They never filed a single complaint, even for show.  Intimidating critics is an act used by many scoundrels. 

One should always relate opinion as opinion and how they came to form it.  Conservation of Energy is an indisputable fact, not an opinion.

So, this really is happening.
Maybe I was just speculating or letting off steam, when I started this thread,
but it is now becoming a realistic possibility.


If you didn't know, today, Mark D at R-G has dropped all of the ROSCH articles and Carte Blanche has been given to edit / remove comments.


This site may be next.
Everyone, Save off all of your work.
If they go after Stefan (which seems highly possible), he may lose this place.


Who knows what content may be deleted and it will not be your decision.
If you have experimentation documented only here,
you might want to think about backing it up.



You will have no recourse against ROSCH if you lose it all,
as it will be done in house as is starting to happen at R-G.

Your only action course of action against the source,
would be to financially affect one of their business partners - PESN .
Every-time you visit / post there, they receive advertising revenue.


Sounds very dramatic I know, but it really did happen to the Discovery Channel forums a few years ago,
due to threats of lawsuits from show stars over the content of a couple of posts.
The entire suite of forums disappeared overnight along with millions of posts.

(BTW. this is not any kind of a dig at R_G, it is just to illustrate that there is real motion in this)
