I myself don't think that it was a simple Tesla Tech gadget. out of the hundreds of video's i have watched. on one certain video a piece of building fell off and while it was falling to the ground it Disintegrated into dust.
this can only mean Military Particle Beam Weapon from Space.

they were test firing it and along with Thermate and Thermite at each core column/level.
this is called Murder and was executed by our wonderful US Government.
