I have to agree, I just recieved a copy today in the mail.  It's pretty much like the other one, He make up a nice a nice set of plans though.

Hi all,
I have purchased the plan one year ago. The concept is very similat to JP Cack's motor but more complex. You will spend a lot of $$ to realize it and need precise mill machine. The seller has never tried himself to achieve a working prototype.
Then I found the JP Cacks animation and decided to realize it. I put a lot of effort into that project and it cannot work !
If someone wants the Grandpaw's plans I can send the files.
I am working on a new design of the Kundel Motor. I don't know if it is an OU but seems very interesting.
I will let you know the progress and tests.
