What we did do for a SailBoot, is changing the Sword below the boot, in a multi-layer package from: Copper, nylon fence, Zinc, nylon fence, Copper, nylon fence, Zinc, .................. big self flushing MonoCell Battery, this in salty waters, you understand, you can shape it like you're needs, so maybe for you're Motor-Surf board?

But than you have a US supplier, to do what you purpose with Chinese Manufactor? Did not work out for us, only at ≥ 10.000 pcs/year, but you're right it could!
