I think the first video was the best, i think you have a large gap in the centre of the core that helps also the wire length  45 and 15, what if you make the 15 turn length of wire exactly the same length as one third the length of the 45 turn so it's quarter wave ie it's all one wave.

  Looks to me like you are just charging and discharging the capacitors. Not free energy, as with Akula's device running LEDs.
  Akula only "taps" the input for a second. Not for several seconds to charge the caps, which then drain slowly depending on the amount of load from LEDs.
