There is still another take, which results from old experiments of abandoned Russian physicist of Nikolai A. Kozyrev. According to his experiments the finely divided matter should get lighter and of lower inertia, than this compact bulk one.

the 6:00 to 12:00 return to the top [vertical path tight to the axle ]    has always intrigued .

Shown here there are 12.75 viles of liquid on the bottom half
Only 11.25 on the top half


Left to right
8.5 viles on the right ( at the outer periphery)
8 on the left. (3 & 1/4 on the outer, 4.75 on the inner)
[negating the top 5 viles for now, as they are inert as shown]
Mathematically, there is a downward gravitational flux
On the right side of the wheel.


Using this drawing as a guideline I plan to set up
Some experiments


As observed in the videos, the momentum of the water
Is conserved as rotational acceleration on the wheel
Each time it shifts. In this way the bottles could be
compared to the combustion chambers of a Wankel
Engine.
