Very interesting. Personally I would first concentrate deuterium in Water by the simple process of recursive concentration. Using a long, vertical pipe and let some water sit in it for 24h at 11degC, then take the bottom part of the water (eg. 10%), collect such parts, then do the same concentration again with them (heavy water, D2O, will sink to the bottom, natural water contains I think 1.5% heavy water, or was it 0.15%?)
