I'm not seeing how this is coming together to produce electricity.  I'll read it over again when I have more time.

How did an SM hit on this 15 years ago?  How could he have stumbled onto it?

Like SM said on the video, it's "just a knowledge of the coils and how they interact with each other"  - no mention of the molecular contents of objects.

He stated that the device was tuned to earth's gravitational field (7.3 hz or something similar), but recently stated that he did not know if it actually derived energy from the earth's magnetic field.
It is the men of insight and the men of unobstructed vision of every generation who are able to lead us through the quagmire of a in-a-rut thinking. It is the men of imagination who are able to see relationships which escape the casual observer. It remains for the men of intuition to seek answers while others avoid even the question.

So, the excess power comes from the potential energy of the static megnetic fields.  I don't believe his magnets or the magnetic field of the earth has the flux requried to produce this much power in a small area.

Also, SM stated that the coils were meerly a means to an end - no induction between control and output.

He built a poor-man's pulsar - with bailing wire - the nerve!

I'll put together something to add some details...
