3 fields. first 2 we know: the tranverse electro-magnetic
3rd field, the longitudinal magneto-dielectric

the fountain, reminds me of my view of the bifilar coil at its resonant frequency.
it produces a standing wave.

When we look at tranverse waves on water, the water is standing still, only up and down movement.
standing waves, happen when water is moving fast. (longitudinal ether flow?)

If I look at the drwaings, first thing I think of is nelson rocha's system.
4 stacked bifilar pancake coils.
The middle 2 are the capacitor plates collecting energy.
the outer two are connected in series, and pulsed (with high voltage sharp impulse currents), into their resonant frequency.
The inside coils collector coils are tuned to the same resonant frequency. Nelson Rocha has a dielectric white material between the middle blue coils.
