Hyper-Loop Tesla Grid.

Coupling a string of Tesla brocadcasting and recieving pancake bifilar antennas atop the Hyper-Loop tube may qualify the wireless grid for access to public utility property easement. That would allow us to begin to build the Hyper-Loop grid under our "High Tension Towers" instead over our roads.

The magnet wave transmission grid could power the Hyper-Loop levitator track, while at the same time, suppling power to our cities.

Dr. Goodenough's new LI-Glass dielectric battery may allow for onboard vehicle power, and permenent magnet rails. The conventional approach would be the least efficient of the three; Hi-voltage trunk line and transformers.

The wirelss grid has multipal advantages all of which I intend to fully explore in the course of this new thread.

Here's a picture of the U.S. Power Grid. Notice the High Tension power line grid that runs parallel to I-5 between San Francisco and Los Angeles. Barack Obama's "Bullet Train" has run into insurmountable obstacles because the high speed train track easements run directly through the center of highly populated áreas, and pose a derailment risk due to frequent earthquakes:

The State of California owns the power grid. A ballot referéndum would offer the best approach to merging the "Hyper-Loop Tesla Grid" with the existing power grid. Two tubes, one on each side of the towers, would allow for traffic in both directions. My name for this first leg of the system is the "Niner Line".

Chapter I - The Initiative Process

Step One - Writing the Initiative Measure (Text of the Law)

The first step in the process of qualifying an initiative measure is to write the text of the proposed law.

Proponent(s) may seek the assistance of their own private counsel to help draft the text of the proposed law, or they may choose to write the text themselves. The proposed initiative measure's proponent(s) may also obtain assistance from the Office of the Legislative Counsel in drafting the language of the proposed law. Proponent(s) must obtain the signatures of 25 or more electors on a request for a draft of the proposed law; proponent(s) must then present the idea for the law to the Legislative Counsel. If the Legislative Counsel determines that there is a reasonable probability the proposed initiative measure will eventually be submitted to the voters, the Legislative Counsel will draft the proposed law. (Government Code § 10243.)

Additionally, the proponent(s) can request the Secretary of State to review the provisions of the proposed initiative measure after it is prepared and prior to its circulation. Upon this request, the Secretary of State will review the measure with respect to form and language clarity and will request and obtain a statement of fiscal impact from the Legislative Analyst's Office. (Government Code § 12172.)

I propose that we keep the proposition as streamlined as posible and request only the power grid easement for the Hyper-Loop, while leaving the power options for afterwards. We the people hereby pray for access and easement to the "California Electric Power Grid" for the construction of two high speed magnetic levitation vacuum tube "Hyper-Loops"; Safely constructed, one on each side of the high tensión line towers, for traffic in both directions. The initial leg will run from San Francisco to Los Angeles parallel to State Highway I-5 and be financed by a publicly held stock corperation named the "Niner Line".
