I am a mecanical engeneer and it not like this
that you can verify :

- the input work
- the output work

so I do not see evidence in this video

I agree, a more scientific method in measuring the input and output power is needed.

The next "bad'" news for skeptics is,as Prof Milkovic pointed out ,that we are in the presence of the independence of the input from the output.

It's like we have an evidence of an energy flow.

If so,the first step is the attachement,joining and the second step is the feedback,so to have a continuous flow.

Again,as Prof Milkovic said,to run experiments,the research is the only way to teach something.

We need the skeptics ,as the basic "noice  grass",or ZPE if you like,for people really interested to test the next steps.

Skeptics are never deceived,in their slow suicide because they are the chastity of a primary intellect.We love them,anyway.

So,if a Milkovic(or Milkovic-Berrett or an other set-up) device type,gives us a real pulsatory spring,flow of power,then the main problem of the "free energy" is solved.

How we can pull out the power,becomes an easy,secondary problem.

It can be in a mechanical manner(Leonardo da Vinci ratchet proposal to his attempts of a PM),in an electromagnetic mode(we are living in an electro-digital division of the history...),in a Milkovic's mode(pumping,lifting water in the gravitational levels) or others.

The main feature seems to be a pumping,waving method of "something".

When all is said and done,the adventure or a simple "see the world" moves its stage:is not outside us,but inside.
