Hopefully he also explains why he cut the video just after he put the camera on the chair. A shadow appears and the device starts floating

I would say 95% sure it is just clickbait

That's pretty good! It acts _exactly_ like something hoisted by a thread would act. Even falling down when the thread breaks!

Pretty clever, those Russians. Everyone will think their UFO antigravity drive is just a simple hoax, so the Rooski MiBs will not bother them.
