I don't know what to think about this device.
I was only able to translate a few of the words


He has
Other videos as well. Some discuss this topic
It looks like he went through a lot of trouble to
develop this device. I doubt it is any type of 'hoax'.


He doesn't seem to be making any ridiculous claims.
and the point in the video where it leaves the ground
it is unclear if this was caused by the inventor or not


He may have just been lifting it up to see if the directional
inertial effects would guide it in air like they do on the ground.


My second round of translation of another of his videos
he says basically:


When the counter-rotating gyros change acceleration
the radial-inertial force is vectored 90-degrees to the motor
mounting, in the plane of rotation.
(that's somewhat transcribed, than directly translated,
  he goes on for a while talking about this)
And the way you mount the two motors to each other
gives you an explicit "front and rear" to steer the thing with.


The rpms have to be the same to cancel inertia, and he says
the faster the gyros spin the stronger the inertial drive operates.

At this point I'm going to hold off on the "what to think of it" part.
I will just keep an eye on this guy and see what he does next.


Not sure if I want to play with it or not, or if I really understand what
he means about the motor mounts. What if they are circles? Does he
mean the physical orientation of the stator magnets/coils?
That would take a lot of experiments to determine, it might be easier
to find someone that can speak this dialect of sub-Russian.


I thought it was Bulgarian, because of a few of the words use, but not everything
translates cleanly, so it's obviously another dialect or contains a lot of slang.

Here's what I Can tell you.
When you're talking about 'acceleration',
And the way UFO's move:


They appear to accelerate, sometimes at rates inconceivable.
But if they were driven by this type of device,
They don't have to 'accelerate' at all.
The rotation is already going at incredible velocities.
They could simply be redirecting the inertia in a similar manner
To what this guy is doing.
If this is how UFOs work, it certainly would take a lot of the
improbable physics out of the equation.
The only thing we still can't work out is how to protect the occupants
from changes in vectoral momentum. As this would prove deadly to most
humans if they were in a vehicle changing vectors as quick as UFOs have
been observed to do. (They could be pilotless drones or rc ufo's)


It wouldn't take much to set one of these up.


You need:


Two high speed stepper motors
and variable control circuits
(quadcopter parts?)


some kind of wired or remote control.


A frame that allows you to adjust their mounting orientation
(i.e. - by rotating them in the horizontal plane)




and maybe some wheels on it? (assuming it doesn't fly)

The guy says they are "counter rotating"
But in actuality both motors are spinning the same direction
Relative to their housing. One is flipped upside down above
the other.
