Interesting capacitor car starter charged with drained car battery.

Seems this power bank is full of capacitors that charge up in like 3 minutes. The strange thing is if your car battery is to low to start your car, you connect the capacitor bank to the drained car battery through the cigarette lighter. The capacitor bank then charges up using the power of the drained car battery. Then you unplug the cigarette lighter adapter and can connect the opposite side of the capacitor bank to the battery through its battery cable connectors, and then start your car with it. So the drained car battery energy is put in the super caps, and the super caps can then be used to start the car.  Ironic how that works. Video on it at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cq3ihYJ4rbE

Nice find!
So with this could we not have much smaller batteries in our cars to begin with. Smaller batteries providing lighter vehicles that are more fuel efficient and less waste.
