(which by the way, includes his reference to the patent mentioned by roggy32 too.

(If a patent does not claim specifically that the idea included is overunity, it is because it would risk granting it at all, considering patent authority's viewpoints in most of the countries.)

Take a look at this US patent, it uses similar principle you mentioned at Ecklin Brown: magnet and coil are stationary and the change of the flux takes place by a rotated soft iron piece. The inventor dares to write: (When) "An electric load is applied to the generator, a countermagnetic force is generated through the armature to INCREASE speed of drive shaft and thereby LESS torque is required to rotate the drive shaft."  (Capitals are by me).  See link:
