For further reference on the Einstein-Cartan-Evans (ECE) unified field theory I highly recommend the website of the Alpha Institute for Advanced Study (AIAS), this is basically an initiative by Prof. Myron Evans.

Just to highlight:

The spacetime is a large reservoir of energy. In rough analogy, a reservoir of water can be used to produce electric power using gravitation. The latter comes from curvature of spacetime. As long as the turbine parts are not worn down by usage, the energy can always be generated. Note that none of the devices advcocated in ECE theory can be described as "perpetual motion machines". Usually the latter are associated with some incorrectly perceived violation of conservation of energy. So the reservoir in devices that take energy is the Cartan torsion of spacetime. The reservoir that creates gravitation, which keeps us on the ground, is the Cartan curvature of spacetime. The working parts of any device might wear out after a few years of use, but spacetime is always there. So ECE has removed the primary objection which used to appear in the older literature - that of violation of conservation of energy. It seemed to some people in the past that the energy was coming from nothing, thus violating conservation of energy. In fact it is a transfer of energy from spinning spacetime.

Maybe we didn't hear because they do not need the publicity, are relatively expensive, and have clients who do not want the attention... (Just denying the overunity technology to keep it safe would be a working strategy as well) in this case

Now if a company provides Engines/Generators that do not act according to specs, that company would be out of business rather soon wouldn't you think?

Did you mean 150MW or 150mW? If the last number, this isn't more than the tolerances of the measuring equipment I guess. I mean If it has been measured to consume 149.99999985MW and produce 150MW.

So what are the claimed number of Watt?

Appearantly "sellable energy" is a commercial term.

When I first saw this a couple years ago it was to me the concrete evidence that ou does exist.  I had seen it in nature all my life and knew deep down it was real but this was the turning point.  I see it in many things now looking me right in the face.  examples:  explosions, lightning strikes, photomultipliers, neon sign transformers, and many many others.  Just look at the manufactures spec. plate on a neon sign transformer, mine is 60 watts in and 150 watts out, made by neonpro.  Google photomultiplier and you will see it multiplies an electron by more than a million times.  Don Smith got a grip on this from Tesla patents and experiments.  Resonance energy transfer is the key to OU.
