C CORES you do know it's dead slow in an application like LF a few Hz range as you are charging the micromagnets in its core, to stow for a Tesla coil. Check things out for your self don't trust to luck on people who might well know less than you! Blue ferrite could well be a better bet.

Hehe, Cores are like girl, there is one for every application ;), Im not sure about the blue one...

This all reminds me of the 1984 DUNE movie , "He who controls the spice controls the universe[/font][/size]"  ...In our case, "He who control the Cores, control's the OU".
