Normally to calculate by strictly given numbers , out-/inside Kelvin amplitude ,85 sqm wall/tect/floor area,Koeffizient-/U-/R-value :

f.e. K-value 1,0 x 85 sqm area x 25 W ( inside 18°C ,outside -7°C ) = 2125 W for 20 sqm floor area

  Experiment :     K-value 0,1  total enclosed ( foam,aerogel) cube,in real as room with window and door

For a 20 sqm floor room ,by Passive House normation :

10 Wp per sqm floor area = 20 sqm x 10 Wp = 200 Wp for the room

This PH heating with C.O.P. 10 heat pump,known improvements applied,
~ 20 Wp electric consume per 20 sqm

We double the 20 Wp electric to 40 Wp ,to get 27°C average tempered room volume,
to win by thermoelectric cooling the 40 Wp  for the heat pump drive electric input,by the same time lowering the room surplus temperature to 22-23°C  !
