HBE or hydrogen bond energy ...experiments//For many years this  experiment [or variant] has been a "dream" of mine.// was actually talking to the TinMan about this last week since all the fellows seem to be getting 3D printers.
There are Sooo many more very simple experiments which can be done [open source] to enhance this work.
I am absolutely calling these fellows to see if they can share the Scan info for this experiment . after all...     they did find a tenfold reduction in energy required to manifest the plasma by copying nature.
