GENERATOR, THEN MAYBE 80 PERCENT.

To get an " overunity " combustion engine you not only would need a waste heat recuperator but would also to close the actually open combustion cycle = exhaust and use water as fuel  for hydrolysis to hydrogen and reformate with oxygen to water !
Also with heat recuperation you actually "only" get +/- 55% efficiency max.,
