You can see into the rooms which are frozen - not updated - but I share your concerns. In my view, the biggest worry is that someone will be given control and will alter things in a way Patrick would not want. It could get fouled up. I wonder if you, personally, would care to contact whoever responds to his email address and have a chat.

Back in the days of DOS, one would have written a batch file which would do something along the lines of this: Go to the thread/topic and for x  = 1 to [last page], save page x. Then concatenate page 1 to page [last page]. Of course, the board's maker, Simple Machines, may have done this routine already.
