The answer is NO
I was asked today if funding needed to be attached to these new builders boards.

The Criteria for a "builder moderated board "
Just need to build and share to qualify ...or have a history here or elsewhere of sharing your work [example Smudge will have a board here and no longer has a Lab]
another fellow I hope pics a board ...member Turbo ,I know he has greatly diminished his ability to build and experiment.However.
his Mind or thoughts will do for me [and others too]
sorry I did not ask Turbo prior to writing his handle..I never do that without permission..first time...[I blame it on Covid ...and so people can understand the "Criteria"
