Most civilized countries do allow lawsuits against vaccine manufacturers. Canada does and some provinces even have vaccine injury programs for compensation.

onepower,  Dr. Fauci (pronounced Foul Cheese)  got the immunity for vaccine makers back in 1986 in the U.S.   They are pushing to get this immunity from liability worldwide - other countries may follow if they get prodded ($$) enough.    Follow the money and you will start to see what's really going on.


BTW Gates is pushing to get $800 Billion for vaccines.  That is more than our country's entire military defense budget.

First Dr. Fauci has nothing to do with the legislation that I can find.

Second, it took me all of 5 minutes to find that while there are restrictions on direct law suits against vaccine makers they do have a vaccine injury compensation program just like Canada.

All the vaccine makers contribute to the injury program so in fact they do address liability claims indirectly. Apparently they have paid out over 4 billion since the program was started.

As well the vaccine makers also avoid liability by using warnings and disclaimers. Ergo, use at your own risk and use is not mandatory. Therefore large numbers of frivolous lawsuits are not warranted and do cause harm.

You however are liable for your gross misrepresentations of the facts and slander. I get it, your a trump flunky and whatever he says is gospel however its nonsense. I would like to see more lawsuits against people like you, holding you responsible for lying to the public which does do harm.

I didn't say you can't sue them but it is extremely difficult to win.  They have protections in place.  I'd show you the proof of what I say but I'm not going to waste more time on trying to change someone's beliefs as that rarely works unless they want to find the truth their self.  So go ahead and believe what you want.  [/size]
