Not saying Billy is in bed with setting off CV, but the more I dig, things seem likely. He wants the mandatory vacs soo bad, and considering some of the things we have found, I wouldnt put it past him to help cause the outbreak. I mean, if he is willing to destroy and/or reshape our lives with vacs, then why not delve into things like the pandemic even if it kills people. Like that is probably the big scheme to scare everyone into submission.

I dont think this thing is re surging all on its own.  I think one of 2 things.  In places that relaxed the lock downs, they either (1) send in people to purposely infect people in those areas, or (2) the more they test, the more numbers there are, as testing seems to be increasing in numbers as this all goes along. Just because people test positive doesnt mean they were physically sick and/or died/almost died.


Now China says there is another form of sars.   Now if they are doing it all intentionally, hitting us with another version may overcome any resistance we had gained from CV.  This is all a very scary situation the world is in.  The ideas of what some powerful people have for us all becomes a very real thing. Something one would think from a movie, but in real life now.  A second round of something different may render the populace to its knees when it comes to mandatory vac acceptance. Down right dirty.
