i have tried to make close loop circuit to self running, tried to put car's alternator, but that is too big for that. Newman motor stops when i put to electromagnets power at alternator.

also tried servo motor, that takes lot of power too... any suggestions?

the minimum car alternate needs 2000 rpm to generate, and when you put current to the coil there is an attraction with its core and if the motor that moves it does not have torque and speed it will not move it. small newman motors do not have great torque, nor much speed, the great motor that newman built was a colossus had a lot of torque, and operated with a few milliamps
