Libel is based on intent and works both ways, as such if any judge was ever shown many of EMJ's posts I can assure you it would be EMJ being fined or doing time. In Canada much of what EMJ said is considered hate speech and incitement and he probably could do time in prison. There is also the problem of foreign jurisdictions which is why EMJ is just peddling more bs in my opinion.
