called ITER is pronounced same as ETHER. Coincidence you think.

Forest made a good analogy to heat pump, or as Tesla called it a "sink" for the ether.

So goal is to polarize this subtle medium, create inbalance in it, some kind of assymetry, to make it flow through our system.

Again reminds me of ATREE, such great principle, two paths for ether of different length/resistance along the same rod making the ether in one channel reach the bottom before the other and this imbalance creating induction in the secondary. Sadly no known replications.
