But for complex machines that are difficult to replicate properly,
Archer Quinn's wheel for example,
Conjecture and disbelief rule the day.


It is difficult for an educated person to forsake their knowledge.
Despite several proven and replicated devices, all it takes is a single hoaxter or
a small few to try and fail, before interest is lost and everyone moves on to the next.


If there is one thing i have learned here, it is that we don't yet know everything.


The human concept of "impossibility" is as mythological as any religion.
We are incapable of knowing that which we do not know.


It was once impossible for man to fly. This was accepted as fact.
Today we have advanced three independent areas of physics that allow us to do so.
(Buoyancy, Rocketry, Aerodynamics)


Ask yourself:  it is possible for a stable isotope to exist?
Then attempt to explain why perpetual motion is not possible one more time.


Entropy can be destroyed by a simple electrostatic experiment:
Separate 2 charges.
By definition the energy used to separate them is recovered in their annihilation.


but what if we were to consume one of these charges, while leaving the other in existence?
for instance we can ionize a series of atoms.
due to commonality lets say we fuse an Ozone molecule.
The mathematics here are fairly straightforward, yet the daunt of the other charge is
still staring us in the face.....
Furthermore, if the (discharged) conductor is left in proximity to the remaining charge:
what happens?
The conductor will self-induce an equal and opposite charge.
so long as the one conductor is insulated and not allowed to discharge
there will be ozone produced for infinity in an anti-entropic cycle.


this is "impossible", yet Leyden jars have done this for hundreds of years.


perpetual motion is simply the equilibrium between two perpetual forces.
We know of many such forces.
Gravity, Magnetism, Electric Charge, Nucleic Charge, Universal 'expansion', to name a few.


There is nothing "impossible" except that which we refuse to explore.

As it pertains to Venus, as affected by the Sun:


Gravity at a great distance is a univectoral force.
Meaning it is pulling towards venus on the far side
and away from venus on the side facing the sun.


The magnitude of this is minuscule in comparison to
the planets' own gravity, just as we do not 'feel' the sun's gravity.
(it would be immeasurable to discern if we were lighter during the day)

The planet's density was once very close to that of Mercury and Earth.
Not because of their distance from the sun, but because of their constituents.
Much of Venus' minerals are currently in gaseous form. (gas and vapor)
Volcanism has caused significant liquefaction as well.
