Power WATTage  ( Volt tim Amps) = Watt = Power

Is this a sentence or just a random collection of words?
What's really annoying is that the whole manual is like this, just very poorly written english.
Also, he is still selling the manual on ebay and people are giving him positive feedback, just one neutral feedback saying that it was not over-unity.
I am going to ask ebay to have his auction removed.
