FREE ENERGY DEVICE from Ebay???

Reported him again to ebay, I will wait to see their response:

"FREE ENERGY DEVICE (120 VOLT ENERGY FROM MID AIR)"
I have reported this person before about this device that is clearly fraudulent.
People are paying up to 50 USD for the details, which I may add are very poorly written.
It's a scam, nothing more.
The device does not work, it is not over-unity.

if anyone else has problems with this clown log on to the FBI internet crime website and fill out the info.  looks easy, i am on the verge of doing just that right now.    i ordered the unit at $295.00 then canceled within days.  he said he would refund my plastic.  after threats i got one lousy dollar.  then more threats, got another $150.00 said next week he will refund the rest.  his local district attorney's office is worthless, no help at all.  the internet crime website appears to be very interested in this sort of thing, especially fraud.  free energy my ass, he knows it is not and probably just wants to stay low profile with the feds while he collects three bills each from other people like me who just want a real tpu.  i would build my own but steven mark scared me enough with the lightning bolt stuff.  besides, i don't know electricity enough.

ebay won't do anything.  this guy sells books and had mostly o.k. ratings.  the F.B.I. has a website that makes it fairly easy to report internet fraud.  search fbi.gov and you will find it.  on the left margin is a menu that allows a person to report this type of crime.  this guy claims to be an electrical engineer with a degree.  he states this on one of his websites, he has several.  I believe if he's got those credentials he knows this coil is not overunity and does not produce free energy.  with that in mind i believe it would be fraud for him to promote it as free energy, regardless if he does it under ncbookz or helpusavenc or ronald baldwin or whatever other name he may sell it under.
