It is just compressing large amount of neglible oscillations into a big ones.
Resonator is doing this.
The same way every COP>3 heat pump works, and resonant mechanical punch press works.

Resonance of any type does not carry FE!...
even if it is mechanical!
Otherwise, even any transmitter
would be FE!...
because there is resonance with the antenna!
