It can be used, I have applied it in the booster, and I can cycle the magnetic dynamic cycle. It is equivalent to the push coil action of one of the motors, saving input energy. My scheme is not a magnetic perpetual motion machine, this is a hybrid, and magnetic energy cannot be used independently.
