Also if is true that Wang Shum Ho is having a brain tumor, then his explicit will to release the knowledge because is not interested in any money, is boldly ignored. Mainly from Lawrence Tseung which is interested in marketing his saucer.
I can't believe he chose to present the sad story in hollywoodian style just to market the product.

I see two problems here:

From the picture of the stator, this appears to be based on one of the oldest most obvious unworkable magnetic perpetual motion devices- a ring of magnets all angled the same way (like a sawtooth) in the hopes of pushing the opposing rotor magnet in one direction.

No. Not Gonna Happen.

Second, it makes the all-too-common mistake of proposing "magnetic shields" as its magical deus ex machina.

All a magnetic shield does is "absorb" the lines of force- creating a dragging effect when you want to pull the magnet
away from it, and that neatly cancels out whatever benefit you were hoping to get by using the shield.
There is no such thing as a north-pole-only magnet, either literally or in practical effect.

And then there is the business with the upside-down stool and the bowl of water, which seems like a complete non sequitir (red herring?) and in addition to having nothing to do with the operation of the device as pictured- just plain makes no sense.
