I commented on a thread on September 6th (25 days ago) but it's been held up for all of this time. I think the person I was replying to would want to see my helpful comment. This is the first time I've tried to use this website's forum (other than reading posts without replying). Is there some a requirement I need to meet before I am allowed to participate?

As it is, the CAPTCHA letters are hard to read. Even when using the "Listen to the letters feature", sometimes a letter sounds weird - for example, one of them sounds like phi (φ) and I can't see what's written there but I don't think Greek letters would be in the CAPTCHA. I can assure you that my intent is not to sell to forum users.
